Substitute Teachers and Teaching Assistants: 

St. Richard's is always seeking professional individuals, preferably with teaching experience and knowledge of working with children, to be included on the roster of substitute teachers or as assistant teachers. Please click here to apply. Substitute teachers are hired on an individual basis based on the needs of the school and pay a competitive daily rate.

Teaching assistants, a full-time position with a competitive salary, work in cooperation with the lead teacher to implement St. Richard’s classic curriculum. The curriculum promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students. Under the guidance of the lead teacher, teaching assistants are responsible for supervising children throughout the day, assisting the lead teacher, supporting classroom instruction, preparing the classroom environment and materials for lessons and other assigned tasks.
